I’m not really familiar with David Sedaris, maybe that’s the problem. I’ve heard of him, and I’ve heard people say they like him. So, I thought I’d give this a go.
It was nice. It was okay. Some stories stand out: learning French, the rotation of cats. But, even one I read earlier today and thought ‘Man, that one I liked’, I’ve already forgotten. I think that sums up the whole book. A lot of it was okay. A lot of it I actually liked at the time, but even that seems forgettable after an hour or two.
